For division directors, team leads, and mentors
Get the candidates you're bringing in exam-ready — without running another revision class yourself.
Serious teams already do the hard parts: letter of support for the RES course, free revision sessions, mock papers on WhatsApp, joining-fee subsidies after they pass. What usually breaks is the middle — the long stretch of solo practice, when motivation drops and you have no clean way to see who's putting the work in.
RESglide is that middle layer: a full Paper 1 and Paper 2 practice bank you hand out as codes, kept current with Singapore's rules, with light activity tracking for you and real privacy for them.
Ready for the 2026 exams. Every 2026 sitting is tested on the current RES examination syllabus — and that is exactly what RESglide covers today. Full content for the new 2027 syllabus goes live right after the final 2026 exam (Nov 2026), so whichever paper you sit, your practice matches it. See exactly what changes.
You already know this funnel
- 1 — RES course at a CEA-approved provider (75% attendance for the completion certificate).
- 2 — RES exam — both papers, 60% each. Sittings only a few times a year; a fail is months of wait, not a quick retake.
- 3 — Agency registration and CEA licence under your firm.
- 4 — Then the real work — your mentorship, joining package, post-pass bootcamp. Not ours.
Teams compete hard on steps 1, 3, and 4. Step 2 is where good people stall: dense syllabus, case-study MCQs, a two-year window from the course certificate before modular passes expire and everything resets. You're not buying software seats — you're buying practice volume for people you've already decided to bring in.
Where ad-hoc support runs out
- Solo study after the course ends. Notes go cold. Mid-career joiners who left school years ago struggle without structured practice.
- Mock packs that go stale. Stamp duty, HDB rules, CEA guidance move. Last year's PDF doesn't.
- You can't see effort. You put reputation — and often money — behind someone. You still can't tell who opened anything this week.
- A fail is expensive. Retake fees per paper, months to the next sitting, risk of losing a modular pass inside the two-year window — and a headcount that still can't take work.
- Revision nights don't scale. Free classes work for two cousins. They buckle when you're onboarding a batch of ten.
RESglide doesn't replace your mentor sessions or your post-pass sales training. It covers the part that scales poorly: daily, exam-style practice with a paper trail.
What you hand them
Same full access as a self-paying candidate on the 3-month plan — from the day they redeem the code:
- Full syllabus practice — Paper 1 and Paper 2, topic by topic, including exam simulations.
- Questions with a paper trail — each one linked to the knowledge unit and the statute, regulation, or official guideline it tests. Human-verified before it reaches anyone.
- A knowledge map — what they've practised solidly vs what's still thin, so revision time goes where it matters.
- Coaching with sources — wrong answers explained with the actual provision, not a vague tip.
- Content that tracks the law — official sources monitored daily; affected questions pulled the same day; replacements within 24 hours; each update logged on our changelog. The exam tests today's rules — outdated practice is how confident candidates walk into a fail.
What you get as the team lead
$490 for 10 codes — $49 per candidate for 3 months of full access from the day they redeem. That's $10 less than the $59 a candidate would pay alone for the same plan, and $100 less across the pack.
Against a failed sitting, it's small money: retake fees alone are hundreds of dollars per paper, before counting months of delay and a headcount that still can't take listings. One-time payment — no subscription to cancel when a cohort finishes.
- Unredeemed codes stay valid for 6 months from purchase — stock a pack for the next few cohorts around exam dates.
- Each redeemed code is a one-time 3-month grant from redemption day (not purchase day), so codes held while someone finishes the course aren't burning.
- Buy another pack whenever you're onboarding the next batch.
See practice — not scores
For each redeemed code you'll see: whether it's activated, last sign-in, total questions attempted, and access end date. Enough to know who's actually practising.
You will never see which questions they answered, what they chose, or whether they got them right. Sponsored users see a clear banner — Paid Subscriber (sponsored by your organisation) — plus a one-line note that you can see practice volume only. No surprises on either side.

Suggested line for a candidate
“Finish the RES course with your provider. For practice between class and exam day, here's a RESglide code — full question bank for three months, on us. I'll only see that you're practising, not your scores.”
How it works
- Buy a pack — 10 codes for $490, one-time payment. Your name and organisation go on the invoice (and on their “sponsored by” banner).
- Hand codes out however you already run recruitment — WhatsApp after the career talk, email, onboarding sheet. Not necessarily all on day one.
- Each person redeems their own code and gets 3 months of the full question bank, every topic, coaching, and exam simulations.
- Track the pack from your team account: unused vs redeemed vs expired, last sign-in, and how many questions each person has attempted.
Turn “we'll help you pass” into something you can hand out and measure.
You already invest in the people you want under your division — sponsorship letters, revision nights, joining packages, post-pass training. Add a practice bank that stays current with the law, scales past one group chat admin, and shows you effort without reading scores.
Buy a pack for your teamCandidates can also pay themselves ($29/month or $59 for 3 months). This page is for team leads buying codes in bulk. RESglide is exam prep — not a CEA-approved course provider, and not a substitute for the RES course.
