RESglide is an independent exam-preparation study tool for Singapore's Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination, provided by Glidebrella. RESglide is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) or any government agency.

RESglide provides practice questions, progress tracking, AI-generated coaching, exam simulations, and calculators. It is a study aid only — it is not legal, tax, or financial advice.

RESglide makes no guarantee or representation, express or implied, that using the service will result in you passing the RES examination or any other examination.

RESglide makes no guarantee or representation, express or implied, that using the service will make you a better real estate salesperson or agent in any way, or improve your professional performance, income, or career outcomes.

Your results depend on factors entirely outside our control, including your own effort, prior knowledge, and the examination itself. You use RESglide at your own risk and on the understanding that no outcome is promised.

You need an account to use most of RESglide. You must provide an accurate email address and are responsible for keeping your account secure. Accounts are for individual use — you may not share your login, or your access, with anyone else.

You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or republish RESglide's questions, explanations, or other content outside the service.

Paid access is billed on a recurring basis through Stripe, our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that.

Where a team lead or organisation purchases bulk access codes, each code activates one individual account for the person who redeems it. Codes are valid for redemption for 6 months from the date of purchase; unredeemed codes expire at the end of that period. The purchaser can see limited activity for accounts activated under their purchase — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what is and isn't visible to them.

We monitor official regulatory sources and aim to update affected content within 24 hours of a confirmed change — our changelog is the public record of that. This is an operational commitment, not a guarantee. Always check the current official CEA syllabus and named source material directly for anything beyond exam study.

All questions, explanations, calculators, and other content on RESglide belong to Glidebrella or are licensed to it, and are provided to you for personal study use only.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms — for example, sharing login access or scraping content.

RESglide is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, including as to exam outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, Glidebrella's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll let you know via the site or by email before it takes effect.
