RESglide is operated by Glidebrella. For any question about this policy or your data, contact admin@resglide.com.

Account information: your email address, and a display name if you provide one.

Practice activity: the questions you're served, your answers, timestamps, and the mastery scores we compute from them.

Payment information: handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your card details.

Anonymous site analytics: page path, referrer, approximate location, device, browser, and visit time through Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and is not tied to an individual or IP address. We remove all query strings and replace practice/exam session identifiers before analytics URLs are sent.

To provide the service — serving questions, tracking your progress, generating coaching, running exam simulations.

To process payments and manage your subscription.

To send service emails: sign-in codes, receipts, and occasional product updates you can opt out of.

Some parts of the service, such as coaching explanations, are generated using third-party AI models. We do not send any personally identifiable information — your name, email, or account identifiers — to these AI providers. Only the exam question content and your anonymised answer choice are processed, with nothing that could identify you attached.

If your account was activated using a bulk code purchased by a team lead or organisation, that purchaser can see: whether your account is activated, your last sign-in date, and the total number of questions you've attempted.

They cannot see which questions you answered, what you answered, or whether you got them right. Your practice performance and results are never shared with your sponsor.

Our database is hosted in Singapore. Hosting and anonymous web analytics are provided by Vercel, and payments are processed by Stripe, under their respective privacy terms.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as necessary to meet legal or accounting obligations or resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, you can request access to or correction of your personal data, and withdraw consent for its use — though withdrawing consent may limit our ability to provide the service to you. Contact admin@resglide.com to make a request.
